Brand, Marketing and Communications Lead

Our client who specializes in the corporate services industry is looking to recruit a Brand, Marketing and Communications Lead. This individual will be responsible for working closely with senior leadership to develop platforms that will help differentiate the company's brand. This role requires a dynamic, proactive marketer and communicator who is adept at moving from strategy to ground execution,. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy encompassing PR/media, social/digital, sponsorships, events, and internal communications, with defined metrics focused on brand-building, relationship expansion, and revenue growth.
• Oversee the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team’s daily operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Lead a multi-format content strategy, producing a range of digital and print communications.
• Plan, coordinated, and manage key flagship events for the firm, including both physical and virtual sponsorships.
• Source and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create thought leadership content and publish-ready materials.
• Partner with media relations to implement an effective media strategy, contributing to proactive media planning.
• Stay informed on market trends and issues impacting brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
• Strengthen sales enablement efforts that support pipeline growth and revenue generation.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience in professional services, technology or B2B segment

• Relevant experience in a brand, marketing or communications role
• Undergraduate degree in marketing and communications (or equivalent area of study or experience)
