Administration Officer (Marketing)

Our client, who specialises in the Retail industry, is currently recruiting for an Administration Officer (Marketing). Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the responsibilities include:

• Obtaining quotes and placing order for items from local suppliers
• Providing assistance with claim preparation and matching of invoices
• Providing marketing or brand related feedback to client enquiries 
• Conducting marketing and price scans as requested
• Managing the packing process and keeping the marketing team updated on the status of packing
• Generating reports and obtaining information as required by the marketing team whenever necessary
