Factory Worker

HireHound Recruitment in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Factory Worker to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Job Summary:

The Factory Worker will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling, and ensuring the smooth running of production processes. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company standards
• Assemble goods on the production line efficiently and accurately
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Assist in the packaging and labelling
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of production and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate and understand machinery and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and overtime when necessary
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
