Manufacturing Operator

PharOS is seeking for a Manufacturing Operator within the Manufacturing department as follows:

Key responsibilities:

• Manufactures product in accordance with the Manufacturing Schedule and as indicated by the Manufacturing Supervisor, ensuring that all activities are carried out according to the relevant standard operating procedures and cGMPs.
• Follows manufacturing instruction as presented in the batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records and complete the documents according to the standard operating procedures and cGDP.
• Performs all cleaning activities of Manufacturing areas and equipment as outlined in the standard operating procedures and as required.
• Documents all the cleaning activities and manufacturing activities in respective logbooks and other documents, ensuring that all documents are reviewed as required before proceeding with other manufacturing activities.
• Acts as a technical reference point within the section.
• Ensures GMP compliance as per local procedures, global policies / instructions and EU GMP guideline – Eudralex vol 4: Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ensures compliance with established procedures relevant to the EHS management system in line with the company’s policies, procedures, international standards and local and EU regulations in the daily operation of the Department.
• Participates actively and take on the assigned roles in case of an emergency situation requiring the activation of Business Continuity Plans. Keeps the principles of Business Continuity at the forefront in the management of the Division/ Department.
• Any other duties as required by the company.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Manufacturing Operator
• Mechanically oriented
• Well organised
• Technical reference point within the section
• Good Documentation Practices
• Eye for detail
