Factory Labourer

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Factory Labourer to join our team. As a Factory Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of our factory. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in meeting production targets and maintaining the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the factory
- Monitor production process and report any issues or malfunctions
- Package and label finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them
- Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
