Production Operator

Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team on a Full Time Day work Basis. This position reports to the Production Manager and will be involved in various stages of the manufacture of fiber optic gyroscopes – a state-of-the-art sensor. The operator is responsible for carrying out assigned duties within one of the sections in the Production area (winding, CP Unit, M Unit, bonding, assembly, testing) to achieve targets in terms of quantity and quality.

Requirements:

- A good command of the English language and ability to follow written instructions in English
- Preferably have previous experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally in the electronics industry and soldering, however, if not, extensive training will be provided.
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Has a can-do attitude and willingness to work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good eyesight and dexterity are required due to the use of a microscope.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production setting
