TMT Lawyer

• Our client is a leading law firm.

• Lead data protection compliance efforts for clients, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations;
• Develop and implement privacy strategies, including drafting and reviewing privacy policies, consent forms, and data processing agreements;
• Assist with handling data breaches and privacy incidents;
• Provide comprehensive legal support for TMT Law projects, including advising on intellectual property matters, licensing agreements, content distribution, copyright, and trademark work;
• Stay up to date with developments in data protection and TMT laws, providing practical advice for clients based on this knowledge;
• Cultivate strong client relationships, offering expert legal guidance tailored to their specific needs;
• Deliver training sessions to clients and colleagues on data protection and privacy best practices.

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on privacy and data protection;
• Must be admitted to the Bar in Malta.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
• A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
