Our client a boutique CSP is looking for a Senior Lawyer to lead a small team
Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic legal guidance to both clients and company leadership
- Identify potential legal risks in business operations and implement solutions
- Advise on matters related to corporate structure and governance
- Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents
- Coordinate with external legal partners and advisors
- Assist clients with transactions, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations
- Mentor junior legal staff and oversee their task management
- Organize in-house training sessions on legal and regulatory topics
- At least 2 years experience
- Able to lead a team and meet deadlines
- Locally Warranted Lawyer
- Hybrid work
