Responsibilities:

Having conversations, discussions and various interactions with the Firm’s clients, as part of our client service team in the context of different work streams

• Devising, implementing, and actively contributing in any way to the formulation of solutions to client issues.
• Conducting timely and precise research into specific areas of law.
• Contributing to the Firm’s professional events, marketing material, thought leadership and business development initiatives.
• Attendance to internal and external relevant events.
• Drafting and preparing any written client deliverables.
• Keeping abreast with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to corporate and commercial laws and compliance obligations.

• Maintain strong organizational skills and thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Have a professional mindset and excellent communication skills
• Work efficiently as part of a team, committing the necessary energy and time the profession requires.

• A university degree in Law
• Previous local experience in the corporate, commercial and financial services practice areas
