The Legal Executive will play a key role in overseeing and managing the legal aspects of our e-commerce business, focusing on wellness and beauty products. This role requires deep knowledge of commercial law, particularly as it applies to e-commerce, consumer protection, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, partnership deals, and licensing agreements.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure the company’s products and operations comply with relevant regulations in all markets, including consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and e-commerce regulations.
Intellectual Property
  • Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Dispute Resolution
  • Handle legal disputes and litigation, working closely with external counsel as needed.
Risk Management
  • Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them, ensuring the company’s operations are legally sound.
Corporate Governance
  • Assist in maintaining corporate records, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Advisory Role
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various commercial matters, including marketing strategies, product launches, and customer policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a specialization in Commercial Law.
  • 1 year of experience in a legal role, with a focus on commercial law, preferably within the e-commerce, wellness, or beauty industries.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce regulations, consumer protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal guidance to the business.
  • Familiarity with international trade laws and cross-border transactions is a plus.
