Legal Advisor

Job Description
Amusnet Gaming Limited in Malta is a global provider of advanced online gaming software and solutions, which power some of the world’s top casino operators. Currently, we are looking to recruit a Legal Advisor to join our team and provide legal support for various cases including drafting and revising agreements, researching domestic and foreign law to ensure our company’s compliance in various business matters.

Main responsibilities:

• Draft and review agreements with clients and service providers as well as other legal documentation related to the business activity of the Company
• Assist with various Corporate, IP, KYC/AML, Data Protection, IT, and Labour Law related matters
• Identify legal issues, provide analysis of legal risks and create and implement solutions, structured to achieve business objectives efficiency
• Work closely with involved parties and departments within the group
• Build and maintain internal legal databases and documentation
• Review, update and disseminate legal & compliance reports, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University Degree in Law
• Fluency in legal and business English
• At least two to three years of post-qualification legal experience
• previous experience in iGaming is a plus
• Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence with minimal supervision
• Excellent legal knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate a solid business acumen
• Very good team player with proactive, flexible, and motivated personality
