Legal Officer

Our client, operating in aviation is seeking to recruit a Legal Officer to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing complex legal matters ranging from commercial law to aviation and other sectors
• Providing corporate guidance and assisting with all the internal corporate work
• Supporting with drafting of the intragroup transactions together with all the necessary compliance work as required 
• Providing the necessary legal advice to the group of companies and the management in a timely manner 
• Supporting and preparing all the necessary company secretarial work
• Assisting with resolving and overseeing claims arising from time to time.

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience working in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in aviation will be considered an asset

• In possession of a local Degree in Law
