Our Boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for Fresh Graduates to work as a Junior Legal Counsel
Duties include:
- Be involved in several different areas of the law, including but not limited to, corporate law, contract law, law regulating trusts and foundations, and FinTech.
- Assist in Corporate restructuring processes, mergers (both local as well as cross-border)
- Assist in Acquisitions
- Drafting and reviewing agreements
- Setting-up and administering trusts and foundations
- Assist in the application processes for FinTech and licensed companies,
- Other ongoing legal tasks depending on clients’ needs.
- Have at least one year of local experience working in a similar role in the corporate area of law
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Masters of Advocacy
