Lawyer (Corporate Advisory)

Our client, a leading CSP is looking to expand their legal department with the addition of a seasoned Lawyer specializing in Corporate Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in insightful discussions with their clients
• Formulation of solutions to client issues
• Conduct research into specific areas of law
• Drafting and preparing written client deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for projects
• Contributing to articles and content on corporate and commercial law and related areas

• At least 2 years of previous local experience in a legal role
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Locally qualified and warranted lawyer
