Our client, a leading CSP is looking to expand their legal department with the addition of a seasoned Lawyer specializing in Corporate Advisory
Responsibilities:
- Engaging in insightful discussions with their clients
- Formulation of solutions to client issues
- Conduct research into specific areas of law
- Drafting and preparing written client deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for projects
- Contributing to articles and content on corporate and commercial law and related areas
- At least 2 years of previous local experience in a legal role
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Locally qualified and warranted lawyer
- Health insurance
- Wellbeing allowance
- Study leave
- Performance appraisals twice a year
