Corporate Lawyer
Our client, a boutique law firm, is looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with legal documentation and needs
- Managing clients, authorities and MBR
- Ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Supporting and understanding in the KYC and Compliance requirements
- Assisting clients with corporate related queries
- Supporting with legal advice for internal matters as well as clients
- Supporting in the day to day
- A minimum of 3 years of local experience in Corporate Law
- Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
- Warranted Lawyer
