Avanti TII Partnership En-Commandite Intermediary for MAPFRE Middlesea in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Insurance Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks related to insurance policies and claims. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our insurance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance applications and policy renewals
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and claims
  • Deal with customers face-to-face via email and over the phone
  • Assist with the preparation of insurance quotes and proposals
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to insurance policies
  • Process insurance payments and maintain financial records.

Requirements:

  • Has 1 year experience
  • Computer literate & good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Be customer focused
  • Can work individually and in a team
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
