A well-established client of ours operating in Waste Management, is searching for an Office Administrator to join their tight-knit team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for auditing purposes
  • Order office supplies
  • General administrative duties and administrative support to internal teams
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Fluency in Maltese AND English is a must
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle a variety of tasks
Education and Experience
  • O Level Standard of Education
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is mandatory, ideally within the construction industry
  • Prior experience in logistics is considered a plus
