Branch Officer

Are you an experienced customer care professional looking to make a meaningful impact within the insurance sector?
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our friendly network team as a Branch Officer. 

You will:

• Step in to support senior staffing needs as required, ensuring smooth customer service operations across the network
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, renew policies and follow up with existing and prospective clients with a high level of care and professionalism
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• An ‘A’ level of education or higher OR similar qualification/s
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
• A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to step into roles as needed
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment
• In possession of a valid driving licence.
