HR & Projects Executive

Are you driven by a passion for HR and empowering people to thrive? Mdina Partners is seeking an ambitious HR and Projects Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines expertise in human resources with project management, working across diverse client engagements. From supporting HR generalist functions for our clients to contributing to company-wide projects, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence.

What we would like you to give to us and our clients:

- Collaborate with clients to address HR needs, including recruitment, policy development and research.

- Assist in ad hoc company projects, including tenders, process automation, and system upgrades.

- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met effectively.

- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

- Provide high-quality administrative support across various tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in project delivery.

What you need to have to flourish in the role:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline would be ideal

- Strong administrative abilities and exceptional attention to detail

- Strong team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Knowledge of HR best practices and local employment legislation would be preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
