We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Executive with one of the leading players operating within the Manufacturing Industry. The responsibilities include:
Creating, updating and reviewing the company’s workplace practices, policies and guidelines
Acting as a point of reference and advisor to employees on day to day HR issues and employee relations
Overseeing recruitment of staff for assigned areas
Conducting training and development needs analysis and monitor the use of performance management tools and practices
Supporting in the creation, coordination and delivery of in-house training programmes
Assisting maintaining internal communication channels and tools
Leading the implementation of business changes and initiatives that have an impact on employees, while ensuring adherence to legal and contractual obligations
Participating in ongoing HR projects and events
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR position
Fluency in written and verbal English and Maltese
Excellent knowledge of Maltese employment law and proficiency in HR Administrative duties
Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
Be assertive and trustworthy, respecting high levels of confidentiality
An eye for detail and ability to work on own initiative, to tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and good project management skills
Education & Experience
A degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered an asset
