Logifuture Malta Ltd is currently looking to recruit a People Experience Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Description:

As a People Experience Specialist at Logifuture, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role focuses on fostering a culture of belonging, well-being, and professional growth, ensuring employees have a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing initiatives that support employee development and recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Line managers to support new employee integration, providing necessary resources and guidance
  • Continuously refine the onboarding and offboarding processes, incorporating feedback and best practices
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives, analyse their impact, and present findings to key stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Ownership of employee development programs, including training provision, workshops, and career advancement initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers to effectively manage performance strategies and programs
  • Act as a coach and mentor to Line Managers
  • Engage in day-to-day HR activities with the People & Talent team to ensure a smooth HR process delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles
  • Strong experience working with hybrid and remote work environments
  • Expertise in employee engagement, including survey design, data analysis, and developing action plans
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture that embraces diversity, well-being and fosters equity.
