Malta Prosales Ltd is looking for a highly organised and proactive ‘people person to work in our company as a Recruiter & Office Administrator. You’ll ensure we hire fantastic people who share our values and want to help us continue to provide the very best care to our clients across Malta.
Responsibilities:
Attract the best people (writing and posting adverts)
Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
Building rapport with candidates discussing live-in care and assessing their application
Support the company in reporting.
Take care of the office administration (supplies needed, contracts, records and more).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English
Knowledge about recruiting strategies and tools (platforms like LinkedIn and many others)
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to structure and prioritize own tasks and work well under pressure, with deadlines, and in ambiguous situations
Exceptional organizational skills with a high capacity for detail, yet mindful of the bigger picture
Creative thinker and problem solver.
