We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help us identify and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, particularly in the areas of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their qualifications
  • Negotiate salaries and other employment terms
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Navigate international markets to attract and engage top-tier talent
  • Adapt recruitment approaches to meet the unique requirements of various industries
  • Track and report recruitment metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR and payroll procedures to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology
  • Proven success in recruiting across international markets.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll processes is essential.
