About the Role

As a People & Culture Manager at Inspire, you will play a vital role in driving HR strategies that support our mission and values. From recruitment to employee engagement, compliance, and well-being, you will ensure that our people feel valued, supported, and empowered. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will help build a workplace that attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

What you'll be doing

  • Leadership & Collaboration – Lead HR projects, provide guidance to the HR team, and act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team.
  • Strategy & Metrics – Drive and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals while tracking and analysing key metrics to measure success.
  • Employer Branding – Strengthen Inspire’s identity as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture and values through targeted outreach to attract top talent.
  • Internal Communications – Foster a transparent and engaging workplace by ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Implement strategies that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned with Inspire’s mission and goals.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention – Conduct surveys, lead recognition programmes, and ensure a strong presence across all locations to boost engagement and workplace satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations – Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and fostering a fair and respectful workplace.
  • Performance Management – Oversee the performance review process, ensuring clear goals, timely appraisals, and professional development opportunities.
  • HR Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and OHSA standards while managing HR audits and risk assessments.
  • Culture & Inclusion – Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing initiatives that foster belonging and celebrate a diverse workforce.
  • Talent Development & Training Needs Analysis – Identify skills gaps, and support career growth opportunities to enhance employee development.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Oversee the full hiring cycle, attracting top talent and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Payroll & Administration – Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance to guarantee payroll is processed in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • Health & Safety and Well-being – Lead workplace health, safety, and well-being initiatives, monitor incidents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all employees.

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced in leadership roles within the HR function, with strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure HR effectiveness and align strategies with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least three years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team, initiatives and driving positive organisational outcomes.
  •  MQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • High proficiency in English Language (both spoken & written).
