About the Role
The Assistant Training Manager will report to the Senior Academy Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the development, delivery and evaluation of training programmes of the Financial Supervisors Academy (FSA). The position involves collaboration with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure that training aligns with organisational objectives, regulatory standards, and best practices. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact FSA's operations and strategic initiatives, contributing to the professional development of MFSA employees and the broader financial services sector.

The selected candidate will be given opportunities to learn and be trained for the role, through various mechanisms which the Authority holds, such as, the Financial Supervisors Academy and also on the job training.
