Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll compliance for a portfolio of clients, including preparing payroll reports and payslips.
• Manage monthly and annual FSS compliance requirements.
• Handle employee commencement and termination forms with local authorities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with internal tax professionals on payroll advisory matters.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Experience with payroll systems (knowledge of Indigo Payroll software is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English.
• Proactively understand client needs and collaborate to provide effective solutions.
• Monitor personal performance against objectives and actively seek feedback to improve.

• A-level education in Accounting or Business Studies; a diploma in payroll compliance is also acceptable.
