Our client, a leading CSP is seeking to recruit a Payroll Executive to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Preparing payroll for a portfolio of candidates including collecting data from timesheets and rosters whilst inputting data on the payroll software
Determining tax obligations by calculating taxes and Social Security contributions and liaising with the tax department where necessary
Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
Carrying out due diligence/KYC checks for payroll clients
Assisting in GDPR related matters relating to Employee Data
Keeping abreast of new regulations and updates related to payroll
Assisting clients with the onboarding and offboarding process of their employees
Ensuring proper filing of documentation;
Any other duties which may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum two years working experience within client payroll
Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
Possess good knowledge of payroll software tools and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
