Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Address staff queries promptly and professionally through various communication platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Handle the submission of work permit applications for our international team members.
• Track employee hours and leave to prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Undertake various other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of Malta Red Cross.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
