Hili Ventures is looking for a People Operations Manager who will be responsible for optimizing HR processes, managing the employee lifecycle and enhancing workplace culture.
This role plays a key part in driving a seamless, people-centric HR function within the group.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of People and Privacy, the selected candidate will focus on workforce planning and talent management while enhancing the employee experience through streamlined policies and culture-building initiatives. By establishing best practices and promoting a people-first approach, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while cultivating a strong and inclusive company culture where people feel like they belong.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of experience, ideally within a multinational company. They will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have a proven track record in optimizing HR processes, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management. The preferred candidate will be a critical thinker and problem-solver, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively across teams and to drive HR operational excellence.
