We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will design and deliver training programs using different learning methodologies. This is a great opportunity if you love working with others and strongly believe that everyone can achieve their full potential when given the right training and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs at departmental and individual level through job analysis, performance reviews and regular consultation with departmental managers
  • Deliver effective orientation programs to new recruits to facilitate their smooth integration into the company
  • Work with training providers to develop suitable training content tailored to company needs
  • Act as a focal point for employees' queries on training & development while providing guidance and support
  • Provide one-to-one coaching for managers to identify leaders for the future, provide guidance for assessing potential talent and recommend development training plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and evaluate training statistics and reports

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Learning & Development experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn how to use e-learning tools to create e-learning content
  • A people-centric attitude
  • Proficient in both Maltese and English
