Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Career Development Manager designs and manages programs to support career growth, skill enhancement, and professional development. This role aligns initiatives with company strategic goals, employee aspirations, and market demands, while supporting the HR function as required. The ideal candidate must have a solid training background and strong leadership and communication skills.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, Organisational Development, Occupational Psychology, or related field will be considered as an asset. It is also considered an asset to have knowledge of UK HR related legislative framework and employment practices.
