Our client is looking for a Human Resources Executive Your roles and responsabilities will include:
- Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
- Participating in employee inductions and orientations
- Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required
- Assisting with maintaining employee training records drafting training notices and informing employees of upcoming training
- Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
- Updating organizational charts and other HR-related records
- Assisting with other HR related day-to-day duties
- Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified
- Previous local experience in HR is a must
- In possession of an A’ level standard of education.
