Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as an Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR tasks and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our company's human resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
  • Handle Jobsplus Engagements, Terminations and Work permits

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Hold excellent level of Maltese and English languages
  • Health and Life Insurance
