HR Specialist
Our client who specialises in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an HR Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Following established HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining proper and complete HR records
- Handling all the company’s HR inquiries
- Responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Liaison with Identity Malta for work permits application submission and processing
- Support in establishing a conducive culture
- Keep abreast with applicable employment legislation and compliance
- Assisting with Payroll
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management
- Fluency in oral and written English and Maltese
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Proven track record as an HR specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources would be ideal
- Health insurance
