HR & Payroll Executive

Company Overview:
Bajada Investments Ltd manages a group of companies that operate in different sectors mainly manufacturing, retail, hospitality and energy efficiency. 

Job Description:

Summary of Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing and updating of Payroll System 
• Issuing of Monthly/ lunar Monthly Payroll 
• Handling engagements and terminations with Jobsplus 
• Handling work permits
• Checking of Timesheets and Overtime sheets 
• All other tasks relating to payroll and HR matters 

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2 years’ experience in the same role. Must be proficient in English and Maltese.

Work schedule:

• Office hours Monday- Friday from 8:30-17:00
