Our Client, a leading local importer & Distributor, is looking to onboard an HR Manager to join their growing team. The chosen will lead a stand-alone role and will be responsible for the below:
Maintaining employee records and files and being the point of contact for all employees and stakeholders on all HR matters
Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, training and development, procedures, etc.;
Overseeing other HR-related matters, including attendance sheet monitoring, active participation in recruitment and training processes for new employees, and ensuring staff adherence to all Company policies;
Managing incoming calls, emails, and all correspondence, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
Managing the recruitment process, including publishing and promoting job adverts, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as issuing job offers and contracts of employment as instructed;
Coordinating new hire onboarding, including document collection and scheduling orientationsStaff performance management and review process including monthly, quarterly and annual appraisals
Managing staff performance and review process including monthly, quarterly, and annual appraisals
Preparing reports and other documentation as needed, and other assigned duties as required from time to time;
Requirements
Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be resourceful and attentive, with the ability to work independently and in team
Must be proactive with a hands-on approach and open to new systems and processes
Education and Experience
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
At least 3-5 years of local experience in the same role is a MUST.
Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must
