Weare looking for an HR Manager to join our client's team. You will report to the Director responsible for the HR function. You will play a key contributory role in shaping the company’s future by driving the organisation’s talent strategy and navigating through the anticipated growth over the coming years. As the HR Manager, you will lead all aspects of Human Resources, from attracting top-tier talent to implementing innovative retention strategies, ensuring their workforce remains engaged, motivated, and equipped for success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values to support and drive the organization's growth
Oversee the end-to-end HR functions, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and off-boarding
Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring adequate workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts
Together with the Marketing team, develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates
Design and implement effective employee development and training programmes to nurture talent and promote continuous learning
Proactively address talent shortages and create workforce retention initiatives to boost employee engagement and reduce turnover
Advise and support managers in the performance management process, and address employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with employment as well as health & safety laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a fair and inclusive work environment.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
Maintain HR metrics and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
You have an assertive character with an ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
You are able to adapt to new challenges quickly
You possess exceptional leadership and communication skills
You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
You also possess excellent English in spoken and report writing.
EDUCATION
You hold a tertiary degree in HR or a related field with proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to address challenges.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Competitive salary.
40 hours per week with a 60minute break daily and flexibility in starting time
