Our client is looking for an HR Executive (South). Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Preparation and processing of monthly payroll and handling of wage-related queries
Maintaining the time and attendance software and all HR-related systems
Drawing up, maintaining, and submitting HR monthly metrics and other ad-hoc HR reports
Daily reporting and follow-up of sick leave absence
Maintaining employee files
Organising HR-related activities
Tackling daily HR issues and providing HR-related support to all employees
Requirements
Good working knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures. including knowledge of local employment legislation
Proficient in HR information systems and tools
A minimum of two years’ experience working in a human resources and payroll environment.
English and Maltese communication skills
Education and Experience
An HR and Payroll related Diploma or certificate.
