Harvest Technology Plc in Malta is currently looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

OVERVIEW:
Harvest Technology p.l.c. is seeking to engage an experienced HR Executive.

THE POSITION:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Executive will play a crucial role in the implementation of initiatives set out in the Company’s HR Strategy, working closely with management to drive process improvement. The HR Executive will also manage and own the payroll cycle and reporting for the Company and its respective subsidiaries.

The role involves handling recruitment initiatives, including vacancy management, conducting interviews, attending career fairs, candidate shortlisting and selection, onboarding of employees and document processing, including working permit and security clearance applications. The HR Executive will also be responsible for maintaining the Company’s HR Management System and other employment dashboards, leading the performance development review cycle in liaison with the respective heads of department.

The selected candidate will also assist the Director of HR in the organisation and coordination of training and professional development initiatives, prepare for and assist with HR audit requirements and will ensure compliance with GDPR.

As an integral part of the team, the HR Executive will be a point of reference for management, guiding HR best practices, while assisting with initiatives to improve our employer brand.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role within the Human Resources function, and be knowledgeable in Maltese employment legislation and HR management systems. Experience in Shireburn payroll processing is a requirement for the role.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication skills in English, and must be able to use Microsoft Office tools.
