Our client who specializes in the Gaming industry is looking for an HR and office administrator to work on a Reduced or Part-time basis. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution. Support employees in identifying opportunities for professional growth and career development within the company.
  •  Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Handle exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies in compliance with legal and company standards. Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to these policies.
  •  Oversee employee performance reviews (APR), assist managers in setting performance expectations, and provide guidance on handling performance-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage employee leave requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage general office duties such as filing paperwork, data input, and scanning. Maintain a well-organized internal filing system and office records.
  •  Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  •  Input and maintain employee details on payroll systems accurately and timely.
  •  Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR and office management policies and procedures.
  •  Organize and manage small office events, team-building activities, and other initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office and HR functions.

Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.

In-office: Wednesday & Friday.

Remote: Remaining hours are flexible and can be completed from home.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to independently manage HR practices and procedures
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar HR or office administration position is essential.
