Malta International Airport plc is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who is passionate about working with people within an Airport environment, is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Technical Facilities Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in translating all relevant EASA regulations related to aerodrome maintenance into procedures.
  • Maintain EASA-related documentation and records in accordance with good documentation practices, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with latest EASA standards.
  • Attend audits, both internal and external, record findings and provide the required evidence.
  • Regularly review and update the Maintenance section of the training manual, adjusting training requirements for the Technical Services Division as needed.
  • Keep record of training requirements and training status of all Technical Services personnel.
  • Coordinate and record induction training for all Technical Service personnel.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related area
  • Minimum 3 years experience in aerodrome operations or compliance
  • Experience in coordinating training programs.
  • Strong organisational, communication and technical writing skills
  • Attention to detail.
