A leading food manufacturing company are looking for an HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department and the continuous growth of the company. Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Screening of resumes and coordinating interviews with HODs.
• Assisting in the employee onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Maintaining employee files and databases on Shireburn
• Preparing the necessary documentation for the Payroll department.
• Supporting in the coordination and organization of team activities for employees.
• Assist in the renewals of work permits, employment contracts and end of probation/trial periods.
• Handling Jobsplus engagement / terminations and other related procedures and communication.
• Assisting in the coordination of training sessions.
Requirements
• At least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local employment law and practices.
• Fluency in spoken and written Maltese and English language.
• In possession of good communication, organisational and people skills.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of Microsoft applications and Shireburn
The remuneration package will depend on the candidate's experience.
