Head Hunter (HealthCare Sector)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Hunter to join our team in the Healthcare sector. As a Head Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients build their teams and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various positions in the healthcare sector
- Utilize various recruitment strategies, such as networking, job postings, and social media, to attract top talent
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our clients
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-level positions in the healthcare industry
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
