Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-level positions in the healthcare industry
