Mdina International specialises in Leadership and Management Training, Sales Development, Coaching, HR, and Business Optimisation. With a growing team of business trainers and coaches with experience in various industries, Mdina is instrumental in enabling companies and organisations to enhance their effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Business Training Experience;
Driven by self-growth and the growth of others;
Excellent communication skills, especially when speaking to groups of people;
Able and willing to travel;
Competent in Office applications;
Confident with technology and interested in how it can empower learning;
Valid driving license.
Desirable:
Experience in HR/Management/Customer-care or sales-related roles;
Qualifications in HR/Training/Coaching/Psychology will be considered an asset;
Maltese speaking.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Understanding training needs and creating training solutions to match these needs;
Delivering training programs both online or face to face;
Being creative with training content and hands-on application of learning;
Assessing the success of the training and development programmes and learning from opportunities to serve better;
Supporting the growth of others through coaching;
Customer support and relationship management.
