Waiter/Waitress (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Falbra Ltd - XVI Suites in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress to join their team on a full/part-time basis. 

Responsibilities: 

• Greeting and seating customers
• Providing detailed information about menus and taking orders
• Communicate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen staff
• Clearing tables
• Giving customers excellent service.

Requirements: 

• Prior serving experience is required
• Must have good knowledge of Mediterranean, and Asian Fusion Cuisine and Sushi
• Knowledge of wines and spirits will be considered an asset
• The ideal candidate also must understand how the dishes are made and what are the ingredients to meet customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within a team
• Fluency in English is a must.
