Mixologist
The Xara Collection in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Mixologist to join their fantastic team at their new venue located in the heart of the popular Balluta Bay area, on a full-time basis.

About the role:
- Assist guests regarding the beverage menu in an informative and helpful way
- Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the Outlet, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Requirements:
- Charisma, personal charm, and great communication skills are essential with an ability to engage & entertain guests while preparing drinks
- Should have a minimum 2-year experience as a Mixologist for a reputed Hotel/Restaurant
- Should have a strong Beverage Knowledge
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
