Meliá Hotels International in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and implement all sales activities in your area. You will ensure that revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting, developing, promoting and selling to individuals and groups to include corporate market segments. You will generate new business leads through sales calls, various industry functions & hotel events as outlined in the Sales and Marketing plan and strategies.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in Sales, preferably in a 5-star hospitality setting. Must have strong organizational, selling and negotiating skills. Must have a results-driven approach to achieving tasks and objectives. Must be a team player and have good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese. Knowledge of Opera will be highly regarded.
