Waiters

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure efficient and timely service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Skill pass to whomever it may apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and computer skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry trays and other items up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
