Groups & Events Manager

Our client operates in the hospitality industry and is a renowned name on the Maltese islands, They are seeking to engage a Groups & Events Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing group bookings and events at the hotel. 

The Role

• Manage and coordinate group bookings, meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients, ensuring all needs are met.
• Develop detailed event proposals and budgets.
• Liaise with hotel operations, catering, and other departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor event timelines, set-up, and breakdown schedules.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and positive feedback.
• Provide post-event follow-ups, feedback, and billing assistance.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in hotel events management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
