Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are looking for a warm, guest-focused, and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team. The chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive impression of the restaurant and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure efficient seating.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls and handle bookings accurately.
• Support the team in maximizing table occupancy.
• Provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant.
• Coordinate with management on large bookings and special requests.
• Be attentive to guest needs, resolving minor issues promptly and escalating when required.
• Assist with front-of-house tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A friendly and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by the restaurant.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
